Chicken, cabbage and dill salad

Ingredients

1 cup green cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 handful dill leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 spring onions, finely diced
4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
Paul Newman’s Own Balsamic Dressing, to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Dress with Paul Newman’s Own Balsamic Dressing and serve. Serves 6
