Grilled Peach and Spinach Salad

Featuring Paul Newman’s Own® Balsamic Dressing

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2


3 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
1/4 cup Paul Newman's Balsamic Dressing*
6 cups packed baby spinach, washed
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted





1. Place peaches on greased grill over medium-high heat; grill, turning frequently and brushing with half of the dressing, until softened, about 3 minutes.

2. In large bowl, toss together spinach, red onion, remaining dressing and peaches. Garnish with almonds.
